I am Eszter, a UX & Accessibility Consultant passionate about creating an inclusive and accessible digital world. I believe that technology should be empowering and available to all, as inclusion is key. My commitment to accessibility and UX came to life as I led initiatives to create equitable and inclusive user experiences, both at Netlight and clients. I have a broad background in quality assurance, business analysis and UX across various industries such as online dating, logistics and energy. My focus is to understand user challenges and motivations, leading to experiences that are impactful and keenly desirable. Accessibility matters deeply to me; through diverse interactions in my life and across sectors, I've realized the impact that accessible design can have on individuals' lives—spanning from the personal, like dating and everyday activities, to professional aspects, such as workplace inclusion. On a personal note, I find balance by diving into a good book, playing the violin, or biking through nature.
