Thereby I have become dedicated to organic organizational development and scaling with the aim of reaching a whole that is larger than the sum of its parts. I am a consultant that twist and turn perspectives to unfold the nature of things and thereby seek to understand - focusing on root-causes and the long-term perspectives enabling lasting change. I have become deeply engaged in mentoring and personal development lies close to my heart as this where I believe true change originates. As a Sports coach I have learnt to explore personalized improvements by working with intrinsic motivation and playfulness.
