I am a consultant and Partner at Netlight, with a background and experience in development, management, leadership, and coaching. Based in Copenhagen, I work with business development and culture building, both locally and across all our Netlight offices, and I'm particularly passionate about building fun, playful, and efficient teams and structures - internally, as well as in our client engagements. I am a food and drinks lover, with a specific interest in coffee and wine; most conversations with me end up being about gastronomy in one way or another.
